Elity

§ 1. General
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries and other services from the Elity online shop to our customers. The version of the terms and conditions valid at the time of the order always applies. We reserve the right to adapt or change Elity's terms and conditions at any time.
Any provisions of the customer are hereby rejected. We only recognize deviating conditions if this has been expressly agreed in writing. Agreements made with the customer in individual cases (including side agreements, additions and changes) always take precedence over these terms and conditions.

§ 2 contents of the contract
We offer you the option of using the website  http://www.elity.shop  Beauty items to order and buy. Oral orders are not possible. All Elity offers are non-binding. Slight deviations, color and technical changes compared to the images or descriptions are possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, especially for legitimate reasons such as: payment did not arrive on time, suspected fraud, product not in stock, etc.

§ 3 minimum age
The minimum age for entering into a contract with Elity is 18 years. The date of birth is a mandatory field when completing an order. We assume no liability for untruthful information, but in case of doubt we reserve the right to request proof of age by means of official identification.

§ 4 prices
The prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) valid at the time of the order are decisive.


§ 5 Shipping and delivery times
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address given by the customer as soon as the full invoice amount has been paid in full. After receipt of payment, the purchased goods will be shipped within 15-20 working days within Switzerland / Germany & Austria. In exceptional cases such as, absences and vacation times, the delivery time can be extended by a few days. In this case we will inform you by email.
We reserve the right to make a partial delivery, provided that this appears advantageous for a speedy processing and is not unreasonable. Special forms of delivery requested by the customer will be charged separately by agreement.

§ 8 Payment and Payment Period
We offer the following payment options: prepayment, PayPal, PostFinance, credit card, SOFORT. With the payment method prepayment and PayPal, the agreed purchase price must be transferred to Elity within 5 days, stating the order number. Otherwise the order will be canceled and the goods will be available for sale again. In the case of prepayment, you will receive an email with the relevant bank information after completing the order.

§ 9 Fraudulent behavior
We reserve the right to prosecute fraudulent conduct and to file a complaint. E.g. incorrect or invalid contact details.

§ 10 responsibility
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to our products. The material and / or ingredients of the products are declared for each product.

§ 11 data protection
All data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

§ 13 data protection
The Swiss Code of Obligations applies to all provisions not mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions.
